Jim Webber and Martin Fowler gave a hilarious talk about the Enterprise Service Bus at QCON 2008 entited "Does My Bus Look Big In This?". You can watch the whole thing, with slides at InfoQ, which has joined the TED talks as one of my favorite places to waste my employer's valuable time.
The talk is fairly content free, but they are very animated and have a lot of surprisingly funny jokes scattered throughout, including an improv sequence on man boobs which is destined to spawn an entry in the Urban Dictionary. Their point is that the Internet is a better model for Enterprise Integration than whatever model is behind things like SOAP. I couldn't agree more: I've been reading Steve Vinoski's blog just to get that vicarious thrill which comes from someone smarter than you proving that something you hate does suck.
